TiAL Sport MV-I 2.5 Wastegate Actuators

The MV-I 2.5 is a modular, compact wastegate actuator designed to replace the popular O.E. 480099-XXXX units found on many turbochargers. It works especially well with the TiALSport IWG series of turbine housings.

Standard configurations provide for both offset-bent and straight, 4.33" O.A.L. stem designs, but multiple hardware options are available in our Spare Parts section.

Technical Specifications:

• Compact actuator body with multiple spring options available.
• High-temperature silicone Nomex reinforced actuator diaphragm.
• 17-7 PH Stainless Steel actuator spring gives consistent pressure at high temperature and resists “relaxing” up to 900F (483C).
• Internal components are anodized for corrosion resistance.
• Color anodized aluminum actuator body (Silver, Red, Black, Blue).
• Ultra-compact design fits in very tight spaces.
• Base spring pressure available from 4 psi to 22 psi•Stable boost control
